About Upper Manhattan Mental Health Center

Formerly known as the Emma L. Bowen Community Service Center, the Upper Manhattan Mental Health Center provides individuals of all ages mental health, chemical dependency recovery and other supportive services that promote lifelong wellness.

The center is staffed by highly trained, culturally competent health care professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses, alcohol/drug counselors, vocational rehabilitation counselors and early childhood teachers.
